Our ranges start from £700. Cheaper models are available from other suppliers but may not be as efficient and robust as our models.

2/ What is the Guarantee on your Stoves?

5 year Guarantee that covers all the structural parts of the stove. This does not include wear and tear items such as Door seals or Glass. Please note individual brands Guarantee may vary.

3/ How much does logs cost to buy?

Local prices vary , but expect to pay up to a £100 a tonne.

4/ Do you deliver and install the stove.

Delivery can be arranged to anywhere in the UK. We are a supply only company, but can advise on installers in your local area.

5/ Can I heat my water from a wood burner?

Some of our models can be installed with a back boiler to heat either your hot water tank or additional radiators.

6/ What is the difference between a Wood Burning Stove and a Multi - Fuel Stove?

A wood-burning stove is generally designed to burn only wood. Wood burns best on a bed of ash with the air for combustion circulating over the fuel rather than from below it which is the case with other solid fuels such as coal, anthracite, peat and briquettes. These burn best on a grate which allows air for combustion to circulate from beneath the fuel, and hence why multi-fuel stoves have a grate fitted (usually with a riddling function which moves the grate back and forth in order to sieve the ash into an ash pan below the grate). Some manufacturers make multi-fuel only stoves in which you can burn the full range of solid fuels including wood, and others make wood-burning only models (i.e. with no grate) and supply a ‘drop-in’ grate as an option if you decide that you want to burn other multi-fuels later on. Generally, wood-burning only models are usually cheaper than multi-fuel variants for this reason.

7/ How do I know what size of Stove I require?

A good rule of thumb guide to calculate the heat requirement of a given room is:

Height x Width x Depth (In Metres) divide by 14.

This gives you the Kilowatt requirement. Please remember this is only a guide calculation.

8/ Can I use my existing Chimney?

We would always recommend that you get a certified chimney specialist to inspect your chimney to make sure is complies with regulations.

9/ How often will I need to sweep my chimney?

Should be done at least annually, but may require more sweeping depending on usage. Please consult your local chimney sweep.

10/ Who can Install my stove?

It is essential that your stove is installed by a competent person i.e. a HETAS certified installer or equivalent.
